Richard Reeve - Club Captain 2010
Born in Blackpool and educated at Blackpool Grammar School; then Newcastle University and has two children Ben and Jessica.
Was a teacher of Art at John Rigby Blackburn then Bootle High finishing as Head of Pastoral year in 2006.
Interests outside of golf are mountaineering, fly-fishing and travel which has took Richard all over Europe and the USA.
Has always had an interest in sport in general and golf in particular, and joined Hesketh Golf Club in 1995.
Is very proud to have been selected to represent Hesketh Golf Club as Captain and is currently playing off a handicap of 19.
Derek T Holden - Honorary Life President
Elected as an Honorary member in 1990, Derek served on Council for 15 years and as Chairman of the club for 5 years
He was elected President of the Lancashire Union of Golf Clubs in 1997-1998 and has served on their Executive ever since.
The Captain introduced our new President to the members present at the club dinner on Tuesday 23rd May 2006.
