Tee Times and Course Accessibility
1.Members’ Reserved Tee Times (1st Tee)
Sunday
Up to 10:00 (no Visitors or Members’ Guests) & 12:30 to 14:00.
Monday to Friday
All Year - 12:00 to 13:00.
April to September inclusive - up to 08:00.
October to March inclusive - up to 09:00.
Saturday
Not applicable due to competitive play requirements.
These Members’ reserved times may occasionally be amended as a result of other golf bookings but Members will be notified at least two weeks in advance of any changes by email and/or amendment to the online tee sheet.
In addition casual tee time bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance from 19.15 via the Club’s website.
During the initial period of having tee time time bookings in the new periods of 08:00 to 09:00 and 13:10 to 13:30 we will only accept visitor bookings within 7 days of the tee times, meaning members will have priority booking for the first 7 days.
2. Junior Members
2.1 Non-Competition Playing Times
Midweek
May play at any time except during Members’ competition times.
Saturday
April to September inclusive – after 15:00.
October to March inclusive – after 13:30.
Sunday
Club Junior competitions are normally held on a Sunday. April to September inclusive - after 11:00
The above weekend restrictions do not apply to Junior Members with single figure playing handicaps.
2.2 Restrictions on Junior Members’ access to the course & clubhouse
Unless accompanied by a parent or guardian or unless special dispensation is granted either by the Board, Secretary/Manager or the Junior Organiser for presentations, team matches or other special events, Junior Members under the age of 16 are required to vacate both the course and clubhouse by the following times:
January 16:00, February 17:00, March 18:00, April 20:00, June to August inclusive 21:00, September 19:00, October 18:00, November & December 16:00.
3. Artisans’ Tee Times
Artisans are not permitted to play during Members’ reserved tee times as shown above or as amended and shown on the Club website.
Artisans may not book general tee times more than 48 hours in advance.
April to September inclusive:
Sunday
May play from the 1st tee before 07:00 only and in designated Artisan Times as per the tee sheet.
Monday, Thursday & Friday
Any time excluding 08:00 to 09:30 and 17:00 to 18:15.
Tuesday & Wednesday
Any time excluding Competition times and 17:00 to 18:15.
Saturday
May play competitions and matches at times determined by the Board.
October to March inclusive:
Sunday
May play from the 1st tee only from 11:50.
Monday, Thursday & Friday
Any time excluding 08:00 to 09:30.
Tuesday & Wednesday
Any time excluding Competition times.
Saturday
No playing rights.
4 Visitors, Societies and Members’ Guests
4.1 General
Tee reservation times will be published on the Club website.
Unless agreed by the Board, Club Secretary or Professional all Members, Members’ Guests and Visitors, must start from the 1st tee.
4.2 Visitors and Societies
Sunday to Friday
Any time excluding Members’ reserved tee times and Competition times.
Saturday
After the Members' Competition.
Bank Holidays
10:00 to 12:00 & after 14:00.
4.3 Members’ Guests (Temporary Members)
The signing-in of guests and payment of the associated green fee is the introducing Member’s responsibility.
In the event that the Professional’s Shop is closed at the time of starting a round, the Member should ensure that all signing-in and payment requirements are retrospectively complied with immediately after completing the round.
Admission to temporary membership of the Club, for any Guest is limited to no more than ten occasions annually. Members may bring as many guests as they wish subject to the above restrictions.
Only one Guest per Member is allowed during Members’ reserved times.
No Guests are permitted on a Sunday before 10:00.
Up to three Guests are allowed as follows:
Sunday
After 10:00 and any time outside Members’ reserved times and Competition times.
Monday to Friday
Any time outside Members’ reserved times and Competition times.
Saturday
After the Members' Competition.
4.4 Advance Guest Bookings
Three tee times every midweek day will be set aside for Members to book up to 6 months in advance to bring guests.
These times can be arranged in consultation with the Secretary Manager and can be made more than 14 days and no more than 6 months in advance, subject to availability.
All advance bookings will require full payment at the time of booking.
